Mark Ratliff (Amy)
Mark is a Customer Service Specialist for Kimmel Corporation in Upper Sandusky and currently serves on the Upper Sandusky Civil Service Committee. A member of BPOE #83 for 24 years and also served as D.D.G.E.R. for the Northwest District in 2017-18. He and his wife Amy have a son Jordan, daughter in law Ashley and a granddaughter Makenna. It is an honor to serve the Association this year and we Thank everyone for their support! Guiding the Association, Motivating Elks!
First Vice President
Lugene Ignaffo (Jennifer)
PER and current ER at Greenville Lodge. Owns and Operates Ignaffo Roofing and Home Repair in the Greenville area. When not doing Elk work you will find Lugene an avid hunter and sportsman.
Ed Connors (Janice)
Ed is an Escrow Officer for Heritage Union Title Company. A member of BPOE Salem Lodge #305 for 26 years and currently serving as Lodge Chaplain as well as Treasurer of the Northeast District. Served as D.D.G.E.R. in 2010 - 2011. He and his wife Janice (a member of Salem Lodge since 2004) have five children and eleven grandchildren.

Thomas (Pav) Pavlik
Tom is a Transportation Manager II for the Ohio Department of Transportation having been employed with the department for over 27 years. A member of Ashland Lodge 1360 for 22 years, Tom was North Central District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler in 2010. Tom lives in Ashland County and is avid in cooking and BBQ-ing.
A third generation Elk, I joined the East Liverpool Elks Lodge No. 258 in 2002. The youngest of four siblings I was born to Wayne (deceased) and Barbara Goodballet, of East Liverpool, Ohio, where I still live today. Although I met my wife Kerry for the first time in 1986, it wasn’t until 2001 that our paths would cross again, and after an 8-year courtship, we were married in Hawaii in 2009, with the praise of her daughter Chelsey.

Keith Denny (Lynn)
Keith is a Plant Manager for Osco Industries in Jackson, Ohio. A member of the Jackson ELks Lodge #466 for the past 17 years and currently serving as the South Central District Vice DAC. He and his wife Lynn have two daughters and five granddaughters.

Dan Beaston, PSP (Mary)
Dan is a PER and Honorary Life Member of Fremont Lodge #169 and served the OEA as State President in 2012. He has owned and operated Beaston Construction and Classic Kitchen and Bath for the past 36 years. His wife Mary is also a PER of Fremont lodge and they both enjoy spending time with their family and twin granddaughters Stephanie and Ashley.
Julie Crowe (Roger)
Julie is a PER and member of Kenton #157 for 21 years. Married to Roger Crowe, PSP, for 38 years. We have two children, Miranda (married to Bryan Henry) and David; although they reside out of the area, all three are members of Kenton Lodge. We also are the proud grandparents of Rhys, age 3, and Hazel, (born Feb 21 this year) Henry. As an officer, I was blessed to be part of our lodge's Ritual endeavors, winning four All Americans (Chaplain, Esquire, Exalted Ruler and the King Award at Leading Knight) and I am extremely proud to have been a part of Kenton's officer corps representing Ohio in the 2006 Grand Lodge competition in Orlando where we brought home the National Ritual Championship trophy. I am still actively involved with our lodge as ENF Grant Coordinator, Soccer Shoot director, CP chairman and kitchen volunteer.
Ron Yaw (Lori)
Retired electrician from IBEW#8. A member of Defiance Lodge#147 for 36 years,serving as DDGER for 2018-2019. Married to Lori, who has one son Austin. Ron has two daughters Amanda and Jennifer and they have one grandson Andrew.
Sergeant at Arms
A PER and current Trustee from Kenton 157 and has been the President of the Kenton 157 PER Association for the past 2 years. John enjoyed competing in Ritual. He won the High Point Officer Award 3 years in a row from 2014-2016. In 2016 he won the State competition for 11 O’clock Toast and Flag Charge. During his ER year Kenton 157 finished 2nd in the Nation in the Ritual competition. He has since become a certified Ritual judge. John was recently appointed to the Executive Board for the Northwest District and has served as the Northwest District Membership/Lodge Activities Chair for the past few years. John was Northwest District Sargent at Arms last year and District Chaplain this year.
Pat McCaffrey (Jeanne)
Pat is an emergency manager for Marathon Petroleum Co. He has been employed by Marathon for 29 years. Pat has been a member of Findlay Elks #75 for 18 years and is a PER and trustee of the lodge. He is the Soccer Shoot director and serves on the Exec. Board for the district. Pat was president of Hancock Soccer Association and was a soccer official for 19 years. Pat and Jeanne met at Wyeth Labs near Lancaster, PA in 1984 and married two years later. Pat and Jeanne have two daughters Deb and Cat. Cat and son-in-law Jeff have blessed them with a grandson. Pat enjoys most sports and works out daily. He also enjoys genealogy.
Lee Young, PSP (Marybeth)
Veteran of the USAF, Production Planning Department, US Steel, M.S. Occupational/Adult Education, minor in Counseling, retired educator in 1999. PER, NCDAC, Past Ritual Judge/Computer/Word Judge, Past President PER Association, PDDGER, State President Y2K, OEA Secretary/Treasurer 2001 to date. Served on GL Youth Activities and Government Relations Committees, Past Grand Treasurer.
