Thomas “Pav” Pavlik (Heather Martin)

Tom is a retired highway manager of the Ohio Department of Transportation. A member of Ashland Lodge for 27 years, Tom was Exalted Ruler in 2003 and served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler in 2010 of the North Central District. Tom is an avid fisherman, cook, and BBQ/ Smoker.

Brad Goodballet (Kerry)

A third generation Elk, I joined the East Liverpool Elks Lodge No. 258 in 2002.  The youngest of four siblings I was born to Wayne (deceased) and Barbara Goodballet, of East Liverpool, Ohio, where I still live today.  Although I met my wife Kerry for the first time in 1986, it wasn’t until 2001 that our paths would cross again, and after an 8-year courtship, we were married in Hawaii in 2009, with the praise of her daughter Chelsey.

Keith is a Plant Manager for Osco Industries in Jackson, Ohio. A member of the Jackson ELks Lodge #466 for the past 17 years and currently serving as the South Central District Vice DAC. He and his wife Lynn have two daughters and five granddaughters.

Pat McCaffrey (Jeanne)

Pat and Jeanne McCaffrey are from Findlay, Ohio and represent Findlay Lodge #75, known as the Six Bits Lodge. Tell Taylor, composer of Down by the Old Mill Stream was a member of the Findlay Lodge. Pat is a PER, treasurer and former Trustee. He will serve as State Trustee Secretary. Pat is also the Vice DAC for the Northwest District.  Pat retired as an Emergency Manager with Marathon Petroleum and Jeanne is a retired substitute teacher.  Pat enjoys working out and biking and Jeanne enjoys knitting.

Chris Hatcher (Debbie)

Chris has been an Elk for 20 years and a 3 time PER of Lebanon #422. He’s State Membership Chairman currently and soon to be  Past Exalted Rulers Association President and has held many positions at local and SW District levels. He is currently the Esquire for Lebanon #422. Chris has worked in the transportation and logistics industry for over 40 years. Currently is Director of Partner Relations for Roadrunner Transportation Systems and is based out of Cincinnati. Chris likes to fish, work on his old cars, golf, read and see all his good Elk friends!

Debbie also is a PER for Lebanon Elks #422. She was also a Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary for Lodge #422. She has served as Activities Chairman and is a PDDGER for Ohio's SW District. Debbie worked for many years in serving the needs of the developmental and disabled for school systems, county organizations and private companies as a Program Manager.  Debbie enjoys everything Elks! She also has a very large pin collection and is an active trader at Convention! Chris and Debbie have attended 17 out of the last 20 National Conventions and look forward to them every year. Chris and Debbie  met in college while attending Truman State University and have been married for 41 years.  They have two sons. Chris and Debbie are the only husband and wife to serve as Exalted Rulers for Lebanon Lodge #422.

Second Vice President

Richard Threadgill (Dianna “Dee”)

Richard has been a member of Berea Lodge #1815 since 2012 holding various positions within the lodge including two consecutive years as Exalted Ruler. In addition to chairing the Web Operations committee for the Ohio Elks Association, Richard is also the kitchen manager for the lodge. Rich works in sales for a technology manufacturer and enjoys cooking, traveling, golf, fine bourbon and craft beers, cigars, and loves the Cleveland Guardians, although he still calls them “The Tribe”.

Dianna, or “Dee” as everyone calls her is entering her sixth year as Lodge Secretary while also running countless events at the lodge. Dianna works for a local family-owned grocery store chain, loves her work along with the Elks and is an avid quilter! Dianna also an obsessive “geocacher”. Richard and Dianna met in high-school in Southern California and moved to the Cleveland area in 1994. They love everything about Ohio! They have been married for 27 years and have one son who recently became a journeyman ironworker in Cleveland.

Chaplain

Mike Fallon

Mike has been a member of Ashland #1360 since 2015 and was involved from the day of his initiation onward. He is the current Exalted Ruler of Ashland as well as the Vice-DAC of the North Central District.  A graduate of Heidelberg University, Fallon works for Charles River Laboratories as a learning and development specialist. In his limited free time, he enjoys golf, craft beer, crocheting, video games and everything Star Wars. He is also an ordained minister to serve as officiant at weddings for his friends. He has a twin brother who is a member of the Kent Lodge and a Past Exalted Ruler of the Apopka Florida Lodge.

Brad Smith (Sharon Schulz)

Brad is a retired co-owner of an advertising agency, and currently donates his time as Public Relations Director of the Casino Collectibles Association and the Museum of Gaming History. He is the proud father of Dr. Casey Kelley, a Lyme Disease specialist with her own practice in Chicago, where she resides with her husband, Matt, and daughter Charlotte.

A member of Marion Lodge #32 since 1995, Brad held many positions within the Lodge and served as Exalted Ruler in 2004.  He served on the Executive Board of the North Central District for six years, was DAC in 2010, DDGER in 2011 and served as District Secretary from 2013 – 2022. He also served as the Ohio Elks Public Relations Chairman in 2012/13 until the position was dissolved. 

Brad enjoys writing, golfing and has a passion for poker, including participation in several World Series of Poker events in Las Vegas. He is currently working on a historical poker-related book. His life partner, Sharon Schulz, is also retired and assists part-time at the Richland County Board of Elections.

Rob “Otis” Nixon (Tammy Paterson)

Rob, or Otis as he is more familiarly known as,  was an employee of the US Postal Service for 37 years, his last assignment as the Postmaster of Sandusky Ohio. Retirement for Rob is pending and more than likely a reality as you are reading this. Rob has been a member of Ashland Elks Lodge 1360 for 37 years, serving his Lodge as Exalted Ruler in 1997-1998, Trustee in 1999-2004 and 2017-2022, and is the current Secretary of his lodge. Rob has served the North Central District as an Executive Board member 2012-2018, District Activities Chairman in 2018-2019, and as the District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler in 2018-2019. Rob currently serves as Secretary of the North Central District and as the Chairman of the Ohio Elks Association Golf Committee. When not being an Elk, Rob enjoys sharing his life with Tammy.

Tammy has been a member of Lorain #1301 for 17 years and served two years back to back as Exalted Ruler.  She served the North Central Executive Board and became District Activities Chairman in 2020-2021, and as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler in 2021-2022. Tammy is currently the Ohio Elks Convention Director. All of her spare time is enjoyed with Otis.

Lloy Skillicorn (Jenny Neff)

Lloy has been an elk for 31 years and a 5 time PER of Galion #1191, currently serving as Esquire. Served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler in 2020 of the North Central District  and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Lloy and Jenny enjoy golf, Ohio State football and spending time with family and friends.

Rick Wolfe, PSP (Charmaine Kaylor)

Rick is a 55 year member of Ashland Elks Lodge #1360, serving as Exalted Ruler in 1982-83 and 1989-90.  Rick has served as chairman of numerous committees at the lodge, district and state levels.  He is a certified ritual judge and was the coach of Ashland Lodge’s State Champion  Ritual Team (1999-2000).  Rick has also served as Ohio Elks Association State President (1992-93), D.D.G.E.R. for the N.C. District(1994-95) and was a member of the Grand Lodge Youth Activities Committee (1999-2002).  He was named to the Ohio Elks Association Hall of Fame (1986) and was chosen Ashland Lodge’s Elk of the Year (2020-21).
