President
Brad Goodballet (Kerry)

A third generation Elk, I joined the East Liverpool Elks Lodge No. 258 in 2002.  The youngest of four siblings I was born to Wayne (deceased) and Barbara Goodballet, of East Liverpool, Ohio, where I still live today.  Although I met my wife Kerry for the first time in 1986, it wasn’t until 2001 that our paths would cross again, and after an 8-year courtship, we were married in Hawaii in 2009, with the praise of her daughter Chelsey.
