2025 State Golf Outing
The 2025 Ohio Elks State Tournament was held on Saturday and Sunday, September 6-7 in Springfield Ohio. Many thanks to Ken Endicott and the members of Springfield Elks #51 for the many hours of hard work and hospitality shown that made this a most enjoyable and memorable experience.
The event this year consisted of 39 teams representing 18 Ohio Elks Lodges. The Open Division had 20 teams entered with the remaining 18 teams entered in the Senior/Ladies Division. After play Saturday, each Division was split into A and B Flights with the first and second place finishers of the 4 flights receiving prize money.
During play Saturday at the Springfield Elks course, Charity hole challenges were held on 3 of the Par 3 holes, and a pitch shot challenge was conducted between the 16th and 17th holes. The proceeds from these challenges were contributed to the following 4 OEA charitable entities by Springfield Elks Lodge #51: Veterans Services, Elks National Foundation, Ohio Elks Endowment, and Cerebral Palsy in the following amounts:
Veterans Services- $660
ENF- $660
Ohio Elks Endowment- $660
Cerebral Palsy- $680
Many thanks to the members of Springfield Elks #51 and the Elks golfers who contributed to these 4 noble causes.
Results of the Open A, Open B, Senior/Ladies A, and Senior/Ladies Flights, the winners of Saturday and Sunday Skins, hole prize winners, and 50/50 winners are listed on the attachments located on this page.
Next year, Marysville Elks Lodge 1130 will be the host lodge of this great event. Complete information involving course information, hotel accommodations, planned lodge activities and meals, event entry form, and tournament details will be posted on this page by the first of April 2026.
Once again, I thank Ken Endicott and all members of the Springfield Elks lodge for their time, dedication, and hospitality in hosting the event this year. I also thank each and every one of you for your continued support and participation in this event each year.
Fraternally,
Rob “Otis” Nixon

Apply To Host Future State Golf Outing
I am currently accepting applications from lodges willing to host a future Elks State Golf Tournament. I would love to see a lodge from the South West, South East, or North East Districts submit an application to host a tournament. Wouldn’t it be exciting to rotate this event around our great state association and play all the wonderful golf courses Ohio has to offer!!
