The Advisory Council is composed of all Past State Presidents and the current State President.  The Council provides their experience, knowledge and advice to the officers and committees. If you or your lodges have questions about protocol or the Ohio Elks Association, please contact any Past State President from your district. The Council representative to the Interim Governing Board attends all Board meetings and is a voting member in all Ohio Elks actions. The Council meets at every Convention and Reunion Business session to conduct the activities of the Ohio Elks Advisory Council.
