Pre-Registration

Pre-registration for the Spring Convention is now open!

Join your fellow Elks from around the state as we convene in Dublin to install our new State President and his officers! Cost is $12 in advance ($15 on-site). All members, guests, and children must register.

Friday’s Openeing Night Party will feature a sit-down dinner with your choice of:

• Roast Beef

• Sliced Turkey With Mushroom Gravy

• Creamy Bowtie Pasta With Mushrooms & Spinach

Dinner will be followed with music from Shifferly Road Band. Opening Night is still just $30 per person ($15 per child, 12 and under).

Attendance to “Opening Night” requires a fully paid convention credential.

Join your fellow Ohio Elks as we meet to conduct business of the order, install our new State President and his officers, and renew friendships with fellow Elks members across the Buckeye State.

Please note, if you are bringing children to the reunion, there is no cost (unless they attend “Opening Night”) but we do need their names registered with the OEA.

Pre-Registration will close April 2, 2026. After April 2, interested Elks may register in person at convention.

Both registration and Opening (Fun) Night (Optional) are included in the same item for 1 or 2 people.

There are separate registrations for groups of 3 or more
