Submit an article for OEA News
If you have a story you would like to submit to the Ohio Elks Association to publicize on the OEA News feed, please click the link below. It will open an e-mail link to the OEA Webmaster. Please note the following guidelines:
Send articles in editable text (do not send PDF files).
Send high-resolution photos.
When sending photos, please identify ALL people in the photo, including their title. If the person taking the photo requires credit, please include that information as well.
Photos cannot include gambling, smoking, or consumption of alcohol.
Please send stories that are appropriate for inclusion in a state-level publication.
It is important to know that stories submitted to the OEA WILL NOT be submitted to Grand Lodge, National Elks Magazine, or any other news outlet or publication. Stories submitted to OEA may be distributed to the OEA Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram feeds. Stories to be published are at the sole discretion of the OEA. Some story submissions may not be selected for publication by the OEA (please don't be offended if your story doesn't make the cut). Finally, this entire site, like many lodges, is managed by volunteers who have other responsibilities outside of Elkdom. As such, there may be circumstances where a response may be delayed for an extended period of time.
