To the Membership of the Ohio Elks Association

To make sure we have rooms for all Ohio Elks that are planning on attending the Grand Lodge Convention in Chicago, IL July 5th to July 8th, 2026 we are asking for your help!!

Please let us know below if you are planning on attending and the dates you are looking at.  I will need to have this information no later than August 31st, 2025.

Our goal is to have all Ohio Elks in one hotel, and this will give me a better understanding when ordering our room night for the convention.  I don’t want anyone to miss out, but I also don’t want to over order rooms where we may need to cover some cost.
