Exalted Ruler Jeff Romito of Willoughby-Cleveland Elks Lodge #18 invited representatives of the Wickliffe Police Department to the lodge tonight to present a Community Service Fund Grant for $1,000 from the Ohio Elks Association which will be used for defensive tactics training.
