Ohio Elks Northwest District Answers The Call For Our Veterans

We received a request from the Ohio Veterans home residents and staff that care for them for items that were needed. At our Northwest District meeting held at Toledo #53 on May 16th our Elk Lodges members overwhelmingly donated all the items the Veterans asked for.

Among those were, mouthwash, hand sanitizer for individual use, underwear, Fixodent,  Polident, assorted size men’s belts, sweatshirts, assorted size wide slippers that have soles on the bottoms, sunflower bird seeds for an activity scheduled soon, pretzels, Slim Jim’s, full size candy bars, and monetary gift cards.
