Wellsville Elks Lodge #1040 Supports Local First Responders

Wellsville Elks Lodge #1040 used their 2020-2021 Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant to help local first responders.  They divided the grant between the Wellsville Volunteer Fire Department and both Wellsville and Columbiana County Sheriff K9 units.
