Newark Elks #391 & The OEA Making A Difference For Those With Cerebral Palsy

Through the Ohio Elks Association State Major Project, Cerebral Palsy,  Newark Elks Lodge #391 was awarded a $15,000 grant to benefit The Center for Disability Services.
