Local Elks Recognized By State President

At the Ohio Elks Southeast District Meeting held at Newcomerstown Elks Lodge #1555, State President Mark Ratliff presented flags that were flown over the Flight 93 memorial to members Jeff Warner and Mike Buchanan.

They were recognized for their outstanding efforts in promoting Elkdom and making a true difference within their own District as well as  the Ohio Elks Association. They continue to Guide the Association and Motivate Elks.
