During the fourth annual costume caper, Ashland Elks #1360 used the opportunity to spread the word about drug awareness. Around 1,000 ghouls and goblins... And Bluey's descended on downtown to fill their truck or treat bags on Halloween. Along with the drug awareness coloring books and pamphlets, the lodge handed out hot chocolate on the cold night and of course candy.
