Newark Elks Lodge #391 Celebrates Our Nation's Flag

Newark Elks Lodge #391 was so happy to get back to a “normal” Flag Day Ritual and program. The 90 + people, including Boy Scouts Troop 2 and American Heritage Girls Troop 0148, all witnessed the history, pageantry, and music of this solemn uplifting occasion enhanced by a Proclamation by our Newark Mayor and member Jeff Hall.
