Newark Elks Join with Civil Air Patrol for Wreaths Across America

33 Newark Elks Lodge #391 members, 22 Elk family members, plus the Civil Air Patrol and many Newark residents braved the cold and rain to honor the veterans buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery by saying their name and placing a wreath on their grave.
