Ohio Elks State President Recognizes Hard Working South Central District Elks

State President, Mark Ratliff recognized the hard work of District Elks at the South Central district meeting on Sunday, November17, 2019. Recognized were Larry and Crystal Ropp from Marysville Lodge #1130 and Dave Williams from Athens Lodge #973.

The flags were flown over the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
