New Philadelphia Elks Help Those with Cerebral Palsy

Cindy Rinehart, Cerebral Palsy Chairperson of the New Philadelphia Elks Lodge #510 presented a $3,000 check to Carmel Haueter, Executive Director of the Tuscarawas Society for Children and Adults.  The State Major Project Cerebral Palsy made donations to 27 facilities that provide care, equipment and training to those afflicted with Cerebral Palsy.
