Newark Elks Is Raising Drug Awareness in Community

Newark Elks Lodge #391 members stuffing bags with Drug Awareness materials to be passed out during Halloween on the Square. In the bags are the DAP coloring books and crayons, bookmarks, wristbands and info for parents. Targeted age group is between 6 and 12. Candy will also be passed out.
