Van Wert Elks #1197 Celebrates Long Time Elk Members

Van Wert Elks Lodge #1197, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks recently held their “Old Timers Night” to recognize those members of the lodge with 25 years of membership or more.

A special dinner was served to the members prior to lodge and during the lodge meeting, members eligible for 50 and 60 year pins were recognized.

Members present at the lodge meeting who received their 60 and 50 year pins are, Left to right, John R. Jackson, 60 year member, Lodge Exalted Ruler Gerald A. Mazur and Bradley Bebout, 50 year member.

Also receiving 50 year pins, but not present at the lodge meeting are Jerry L. Butler, Michael R. Zedaker, William E. Conrad and Larry K. Mengerink.   Also receiving 60 year pins, but not present at the lodge meeting are Thomas B. Alexander, Bill K. Flanagan, Clarence E. Niblick and William H. Hetrick.
