Local Media Pro Speaks at OEA Public Relations Meeting

Over 30 interested Elks from across the state interacted with a special speaker at the OEA Spring Convention in Columbus. Jay Allred, CEO, Source Media Properties,  a local online news organization operating in three Ohio counties, had several tips and insights on how to effectively provide Lodge news to local media. The type of digital local media Allred provides is a growing source of local news, and he learned as much as he taught, as his company is working on a new portal to make submitting local news easier for non-professionals.
