Chillicothe Elks #52 Supports United Way Food Program

Chillicothe Elks Lodge #52 donated $2,000 provided through an Elks National Foundation (ENF) Spotlight Grant to the United Way Mighty Active Pack Club that will provide weekend packs with nutritious, easy to prepare, and shelf-stable food to children living in Ross County during the school year (September through May).  During the school year, Elk volunteers will help pack bags full of food on Thursday evenings. The bags will be distributed on Friday to ensure students have access to food over the weekend.  Double bags will be provided for holidays and school breaks.
