The Lorain Elks Lodge was established in 1913 and celebrated its 100th anniversary on 2013. United States Naval Fleet Admiral Ernest King was a Lorain Elk.
Before the Great Depression, the lodge was a 4-star restaurant. Lorain is an International City on the great shores of Lake Erie, with its famous Lighthouse guarding its shoreline.
The Black River Landing has fun summer entertainment including Rockin' on the River and Lorain is home to the historic Palace Theater.

Lodge Meetings
Regular lodge meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, except in July and August when they are held only on the 1st Tuesday. Lodge meetings begin at 6:00 PM (except for initiation when it moves to 7:00 pm) and are open to all Elks in good standing.
Board of Director's Meetings
Board meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month, except in July and August when the meeting is held on the first Tuesday. Meeting starts after the lodge meeting.
