The Ohio Elks Association offers a variety of grant programs aimed at building stronger communities.
Community Service Grants
Community Service Grants are offered by the Ohio Elks Association to purchase equipment for a Municipality, Police Department, Fire Department, Parks/Recreation Department, etc., which they would not otherwise be able to purchase, which will allow them to do their jobs better.
Each grant maximum is $750. Four (4) grants are earmarked for each District in Ohio. Applications may be submitted any time after May 1st. Grants are filled based on the earliest date the application was received. Lodges are allowed to submit only one (1) application until September.

Educational Fund Grants
The Ohio Elks Association offers $1,000 Educational Fund grants to prospective students residing within a jurisdiction of a B. P. O. Elks lodge belonging to the Ohio Elks Association. Applicants must be citizens of the United State of America and all applications must be filed with the Lodge Scholarship Chair, Exalted Ruler, or Secretary of the lodge having jurisdiction in the area the applicant has legal residence on or before March 1, 2018.
