Established in 1903, the Elks of Defiance continue to support several charities and non-profit organizations throughout Northwest Ohio including Veteran's functions, Christmas for Kids, Cerebral Palsy, Kaitlyn's Cottage, and the Bulldogs of Defiance! 

Whether making a monetary donation, sponsoring or feeding all the area athletes or just helping in our community, the Defiance Elks are always around to help where it is needed most!

Lodge Amenities

B.P.O.E Lodge #147 is a non-profit organization located at 1760 South Jefferson Ave. in Defiance, Ohio 43512.  Our Club is a family of more than 650 active members and has the following amenities:

  • Accepts all major credit cards (MC, VISA, AMEX, DISC)

  • ATM machine

  • Dart Boards

  • Banquet hall available for rent

  • Dart Boards

  • Numerous TV’s

  • Full service bar with draft beers, wines, and spirits

  • One RV hookup (Electric & Water) as well as room for dry docking

Lodge Meetings

Regular Lodge meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. During month of July, meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday only. During The months of November and December, meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday only. Lodge meetings begin at 7:30 PM and are open to Elks in good standing.

Board of Director's Meetings

Board meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month and begin at 6:30 PM.
